Two documents cover how we work with clients and how we handle information. Both carry a version number and a last-updated date, and prior versions are available on request.

The site itself

If you request an AI Visibility Snapshot, we collect the firm name, website, your name, work email, and the category description you enter. We use them to produce and send your report and to reply to you. We don't sell that information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't publish your individual results. This site runs no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no third-party cookies. Server request logs are kept by our host for standard security and reliability purposes. To have your data removed, email david@rdu.media or follow the process in the Privacy Policy.
