About
Built by an operator, for operators.
Twenty-five years sitting across the table from firms whose expertise was genuinely elite and whose market presence didn't show it.
RDU Media exists because of a pattern I watched for a quarter century and couldn't stop noticing.
I spent 25 years in enterprise software and consulting, most of it inside regulated industries where documentation isn't optional.
Pharma manufacturing systems. Engineering document management. CRM rollouts at firms where getting the record wrong has consequences. Penn State mechanical engineering, an MBA with an entrepreneurship concentration, PMP.
In that work I hired, evaluated, and sat across from a lot of specialist firms. The best ones were rarely the best known. Their expertise was real and it lived in the founder's head, in proposals nobody outside saw, and in conversations that ended when the meeting did. Nothing was written down where anyone could find it.
Then the buyer changed
That was survivable when buyers found firms through referrals and search results. It stopped being survivable when they started asking machines.
An engine can't recommend judgment it can't read. It assembles an answer from the published record, and a firm with no record is simply absent from a conversation it never knew was happening. The expertise didn't matter. The documentation did. That's a problem I've spent my career solving in a different context, and it's the one RDU Media solves now.
How we work
We publish our method in the open. We don't sell rankings guarantees, lead counts, or revenue promises, because claims that a buyer and an engine can't verify are how firms in this space burn trust. And we ran the whole system on RDU Media before selling it to anyone, which is the only honest way to know whether it works.
If your firm is better than its reputation, that's the problem we work on.
