For founder-led firms ready to close the recognition gap

The market can't recognize authority that's never been captured.

The Authority Foundation Engagement is a one-time build that takes what makes your firm obviously the right choice and puts it into a durable asset you own permanently. It's also the record AI engines read when a buyer asks who's worth hiring.

The market can't recognize the authority you've earned, because the thing that makes you obviously the right choice has never been captured and put anywhere a buyer or an engine can see it. The good news: that's buildable. And once it's built, everything downstream changes.

What gets built

The Authority Foundation Brief. A document in two parts, and you own it outright.

Part one captures your source of authority. Your Signature POV, the defensible point of view that makes the firm legible and distinct. Your Framework Library, the named methods behind your results. Your Case Evidence Bank, proof structured so it can be referenced and published instead of trapped in your memory. Your Editorial Voice Profile, how the firm sounds in writing so everything published reads like you. And your Brand Image Standard, how the firm is represented visually.

Part two points it at the market. Your Topic Architecture, your First Campaign Blueprint, and a Monthly Activation Roadmap.

What you own when it's done

Yours, permanently. The Brief is strategically complete: everything your firm needs to understand and direct its authority, whoever executes it. Use it with us, with your team, or with anyone else. Most clients activate it through The Editorial Moat™; the Brief stands on its own either way.

How it works

One focused 90-minute working session, a conversation rather than a quiz. We capture your point of view, your methods, your strongest proof, and the way you actually sound. We build the Brief. Then a review session where we walk it together and refine anything that isn't exactly right.

The investment

A limited number of founding slots are open for firms joining as Charter Clients. Charter firms get the full build at full depth, at founding terms. In exchange, we get proof partners at the start of something deliberate.

The investment is presented on your Foundation call, or at checkout if you've come through a live session. Founding terms don't reopen once the cohort closes.

A note from the founder

I built RDU Media for firms like the ones I spent my career around: genuinely excellent, quietly under-recognized, and rightly allergic to marketing theater. The Foundation exists because I won't publish a word on a client's behalf until their point of view, their proof, and their voice are captured properly. It comes first because everything else depends on it.

I hold this work to the standard I learned in regulated industry: if it isn't documented, it didn't happen. Your authority deserves the same rigor.

Fair questions

Asked before, answered straight.

Can't we just start publishing?

You can, and it'll sound like everyone else's content. Publishing without a foundation is how firms end up with activity instead of authority.

We already have brand guidelines.

Brand guidelines say how you look. The Foundation captures what you believe, what you've proven, and how you sound. Different asset, different job.
